Wolverhampton stabbing leaves one injured

One man has sustained serious injuries following a stabbing in Wolverhampton on Wednesday evening.

West Midlands Ambulance Service was called to Brewery Road in Wolverhampton at around 6.30pm and sent two ambulances, a paramedic officers and a MERIT trauma doctor and critical care paramedic to the scene.
 
An Ambulance Service spokeswoman said: “On arrival ambulance staff discovered a man who was assessed and had sustained serious injuries.
 
“He received advanced trauma care from ambulance staff at the scene and was conveyed to hospital for further treatment.”
