Vandals have smashed hundreds of pounds worth of new trees in Dudley which were planted as part of a multi-million pound housing development.
The trees, which were planted two years ago as part of the North Priory development, were damaged on Birmingham New Road overnight last Friday.
Residents are now being urged to be the “eyes and ears” of the community and report incidents to the police.
