Volunteers and members at Bloomfield's Over 50s Club in Tipton enjoyed a Christmas meal and entertainment with support from a Sandwell Council town grant.
The group, which meets at Brook Street Community Centre, supports people throughout the year and provides opportunities for meeting up which helps reduce social isolation.
The club, which has been running for 15 years, provides leisure and recreational activities for people aged 50 and over in Tipton area to improve their quality of life.
A town grant of £1,250 contributed towards a Christmas meal and entertainment for 125 people on Monday (16 December).
Club chair and organiser Barry Whitehouse said: "Our members said it was one of the best Christmas lunches we've ever had and the support from the town grant really help us to cover costs."
