Families are urged to get their skates on and head down to the new roller disco at a borough leisure centre.

The Dudley Council run Crystal Leisure Centre, Bell Street, Stourbridge is offering a weekly family fun roller skating disco on Saturday evenings.

Adults and children alike can whizz round the centre’s sports hall to the latest music and practice their tricks and turns from 6 to 8pm.The session is suitable for all abilities and costs £5 for people bringing their own skates and £5.50 for people who need to hire skates. Councillor Ian Kettle, cabinet member responsible for leisure centres:

“We’re really pleased to now welcome people of all ages to the popular roller disco. It’s a great, fun night out for all the family with the added value of keeping fit.  There’s no need to book in advance, people can just turn up on the night to take part.”
