Police say they’re becoming increasingly concerned for the welfare of a man who has gone missing from his home in Sandwell.
29-year-old Joseph Smith hasn’t been seen since he left his property in Rowley Regis in the early hours of Saturday morning.
He is described as white, around 5 feet 8, medium build, with short brown hair, a goatee beard and a tattoo on the right side of his neck.
Officers say he was last seen wearing a black hat, grey tracksuit bottoms, a black coat and burgundy trainers.
