A truck driver escaped serious injury after his vehicle left the road and became impaled on a fence in Dudley yesterday morning.
The man, in his 50’s, was trapped for an hour before being cut free following the accident in Shaw Road shortly before 9: am
He was taken to Russells Hall Hospital for assessment.
