Police were called to a Black Country canal after reports that a man had exposed himself to a woman and her two children.
The incident happened at around 3:00pm on Tuesday 29th November at the Dudley Port canal in Tipton.
A West Midlands Police spokesman said the man was described to be of a slim build and wearing a black wool hat and a gold puffa jacket.
Police were sent to patrol the location and an appointment has been made for officers to visit the woman.
