A 31-year-old Dudley man has denied trying to kill his partner.
Karl Hughes pleaded not guilty to attempting to murder Toni Bennett on November 21st last year .
Hughes, of George Close, also denied being in possession of a bladed article in Tower Street, Dudley.
He was remanded in custody, and his trial is set to begin on May 16th at Wolverhampton Crown Court.
