Locals are demanding a dangerous Cradley rat run be sorted once and for all, after being plagued by traffic problems for nearly 30 years.
More than 600 members of the local community, as well as local councillors and school headteachers have backed a campaign to make Colley Gate safe for pedestrians.
The petition, set up by local mum Lisa Scally whose sons go to the nearby Colley Lane Primary School, needs 3,000 signatures for the council to take action and stop further incidents and potential fatalities.
To sign the form, residents can visit the Dudley Council website.
