Council to bring empty houses back into use

Hundreds of homes which had been left empty by Dudley Council are set to be brought back into use.

Proposals to see how more than 600 empty properties can be utilised are set to be given the go-ahead at a council meeting next week.

The council say the plans will mean significant savings; and by bringing houses back into use more quickly, they can reduce waiting times for homes and also improve neighbourhoods and communities.
