South Staffordshire Council has given the go-ahead to build 10 new homes off Dark Lane in Kinver, despite opposition from local residents.

Villagers complained Dark Lane is too narrow to accommodate the additional homes, and say extra traffic caused by the development poses a risk to dog walkers, hikers, residents and cyclists.

But planners gave the green light to the scheme at a meeting at the district council on December 20th.
