We understand people will have concerns about Covid-19. Please see below national and local advice:
We are working with our partners at Dudley CVS to operate a Community Hotline, to allow the vulnerable members of our society to be able to ask for support - and for the less vulnerable to be able to offer it.
Anyone who needs to contact the hotline can do so, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, by calling:

Local testing sites make it easier for everyone to get a free Coronavirus test. This means more local people can get tested quickly and stop the spread of the virus.
There are two types of test - lateral flow tests and swab tests - available in Dudley borough.
1. Lateral flow tests give rapid results (within 30 minutes) and are available at certain sites across the borough. They exist to find asymptomatic carriers of the virus and should only be used by residents with NO SYMPTOMS of Covid-19. Walk in appointments are not available and tests must be booked in advance using the online system.
A positive result from a lateral flow test will be confirmed by a PCR test, however you should self-isolate immediately after getting your result, even if you have no symptoms.
2. Swab (or PCR) tests should be used by people who HAVE SYMPTOMS of Covid-19. Anyone with symptoms can register for a test which can be conducted at one of the borough's testing site, or a kit can be sent out to you to use at home. Tests must be booked in advance by calling 119 or going to nhs.uk/coronavirus.
If you experience symptoms of Covid-19, you should self-isolate IMMEDIATELY, even if you haven't taken a test.
- If you've tested positive and you have symptoms, you should self-isolate for 10 days from when your symptoms started.
- If you've tested positive and you have not had symptoms, you should self-isolate for 10 days from when you had the test.
If you get symptoms while you're self-isolating, the 10 days restarts from when your symptoms started.
